We are a small but mighty collection of doers, who were born from a lifelong passion for helping others succeed

Hi, I’m Rachiel, also known as Shelly – a detail-loving, people-supporting professional who’s been in the admin/secretarial world for over a decade. I started out as a PA within the corporate industry, and for the past 7 years, I’ve been helping businesses thrive as a Virtual Assistant.
From managing inboxes to keeping schedules on track (and everything in between), I’m here to make life a little easier for busy entrepreneurs HNWI and small teams. I love what I do, and I’m all about bringing calm, clarity, and organisation to the chaos.
What do I do for fun when I’m not behind the screen keeping things running smoothly? You’ll usually find me in an open road somewhere riding my motorcycle!
Our story began with a simple truth—I’ve always loved being the person people can rely on. That passion for organisation and support grew into Aide VA Ltd, a UK-based Virtual Assistant Agency built to help busy entrepreneurs and small businesses thrive. We take care of the admin and business operational details so our clients can focus on what they do best.
With over a decade of experience supporting executives and decision-makers, we’ve seen firsthand how the right support can be the difference between simply running a business and truly growing one. Over the years, we’ve helped clients turn chaos into clarity—streamlining their processes, lightening their workloads, and creating space for them to focus on the work that really matters.
Medium to Large Enterprises: Approximately 70% of medium to large enterprises now utilise remote assistants to enhance operational efficiency, reflecting a significant shift towards remote and flexible work solutions.
Small Businesses and Entrepreneurs: While specific percentages are less defined, the growing demand for virtual assistants among small businesses and entrepreneurs is evident, particularly in sectors like e-commerce, coaching, and consulting and specialist trades.
High-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) often live fast-paced, complex lives that involve managing businesses, properties, investments, travel, and personal obligations. To keep everything running smoothly without burning out, they frequently turn to private VA’s for support.
